As a maternity photographer in Rochester NY, it’s not always possible or easy to shoot outdoors because of our weather. So having this beautiful space to use all year long is going to be so incredible and I can’t wait for all the creativity to come!

Friends, I’m so thrilled to finally start offering maternity photo sessions during the winter! The studio is located in my home in North Winton Village and is open for booking in 2023 all year long.
The space can accommodate up to two adults and two children at a time. So if you want your session to involve your partner and whole family, we can do that! But, if you want to focus your session on creating beautiful portraits of just you (for once!) I’m here for that, too.
Depending on what you’re looking for and the type of session that you book with me, we can pick a few locations to photograph. Many of my maternity clients choose to split their sessions between indoor and outdoor locations. For example, starting at home and then moving on to a local park. But sometimes it’s not always possible (or ideal) to photograph at home. And as I mentioned before, being a maternity photographer in Rochester NY presents challenges because of the winter weather. So this new studio space is the perfect solution that I’m SO excited to offer!
When Should You Book Your Maternity Photographer?
I recommend booking your maternity photographer in Rochester somewhere between your week 28-32. This way you’ll have a beautiful belly to show off and you won’t be too uncomfortable during your session. This also ensures that you’ll receive your photos back before you give birth 🙂
Make sure to reach out early to secure your date! It’s never too early to get started looking for and booking your photographer.
Of course, the studio is not limited to maternity photo sessions! The space is absolutely perfect for all kinds of intimate sessions, including newborns, couples, and boudoir. Stay tuned for some of the beautiful art that is sure to be created in this space in 2023 🙂
