Born and raised on the Gulf Coast of Florida, I feel most grounded when the air is heavy and smells like the color green. 

I grew up on Siesta Key, but never go to the beach when I go back home.

You’ll find me in the swamps and in the forests where the live oaks and spanish moss hang low.

I have a degree in Environmental Policy and spent 13 years in nonprofit before becoming a professional photographer.

I'm a classic introvert yet I’ve led rallies and protests across the U.S and have been arrested twice—once on the steps of the US Capitol and once in front of the Supreme Court—fighting environmental injustice. 

I believe Mother Nature is Sacred. 

I know that Black Lives Matter and No Human Is Illegal and Healthcare is a Human Right and Love is Love 

I’m angry that we have to keep saying these things over and over and over again as if these universal truths somehow need to be justified.
